Zenith "Miura" Tropical Diver Defy Ref. A3642 300M

  This first generation diver Zenith Defy is in all original condition. Originally intended as a true diver before other models were rolled out. It ditched the classical diver bezel for a more innovative double screwdown design , where the crystal and bezel were screwed down for further water resistance just like the caseback. This model also introduced the rubber ring around the in house zenith movements , which shock absorbed better than any of the competition at time (Rolex , Longines , Omega etc) . The case is very sharp, with all the "Miura" edges around the case very visible , distinctive. It is all original including the crystal and the crown (It is not a later Zenith crown which most dealers sell with now , but original to the watch) 
  This reference A3642 has the more desired broad distinctive metal markers for hours with wide rectangular lume for legibility underwater. The dial has went from metallic black to a green/grey.
